It's a place where hope can be easily shattered, prison but it's also where some discover themselves. It's a complex, often contradictory world - a place of defeat, but also of humanity.
Life on Lockdown
Instantly the world shifted. We went from a life filled with opportunities to one of confinement. Days faded into each other, marked by virtual meetings. The outside world became a place we could only observe through windows.
Life adjusted into a new rhythm. Everyday activities like going to the market or seeing friends became challenges. We found new ways to communicate, relying on apps to bridge the gap.
Yet, amidst the anxiety, there were also moments of reflection. With less noise, we had time to reimagine our lives. We cherished the small things, like a walk in the fresh air or a conversation with loved ones. We learned to thrive in a unexpected world, finding strength where we least expected it.
Walls That Whisper speak
These aren't your average brick/stone/timber walls. They hold secrets buried tight, whispering tales of forgotten times/bygone eras/ancient history. Listen closely, for the wind/breeze/current carries their fragments to those who dare/are willing/seek to hear.
Each crack/crevice/seam is a portal, offering glimpses/unveiling stories/revealing truths. The rough surface/mottled stone/worn texture holds memories of lives lived, loves lost, and battles fought.

Iron Prison
A concrete/iron/steel cage can be a symbol/manifestation/representation of restriction/confinement/oppression. It holds/contains/imprisons something valuable/dangerous/forbidden, and the act of building/creating/erecting it suggests a need for control/security/protection. The cage itself can be imposing/forbidding/daunting, made of thick/solid/heavy materials that reflect/absorb/deflect light, creating a sense of mystery/darkness/isolation. Liberty has never been treasure, one that requires constant vigilance. This a heavy weight to bear, a price we often contribute. The journey for equality is never simple, and often it requires the ultimate concession.
